MedLife is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting both our clinical and front-office operations while effectively communicating with our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to clinical inboxes in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering medical and office supplies
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient paperwork and records
- Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with patient documentation and workflows
- Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems (experience with Athena is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
