Position Summary:
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information
Qualifications:
- Previous 1 to 2 years or experience in Human Resources role required
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
